Monthly Meet & Eat

Meet & Eat – Monthly Business Networking Lunches

Building stronger business connections, one lunch at a time.

What Is the Meet & Eat?

Meet & Eat is our monthly business networking lunch designed to help entrepreneurs, local business owners, and professionals build relationships, gain visibility, and support the growth of our community.

We meet on the 4th Tuesday from 12–1 PM January thru October and the 3rd Tuesday in November and December. Location changes each month so review the calendar and registration carefully to be sure you come to the right place!

Each lunch features:

  • Genuine networking among local professionals
  • A sponsor who provides lunch
  • A welcoming, collaborative environment
  • Opportunities to share what you do and what you’re working on
  • A comfortable experience for all personality types—extroverts, introverts, brand-new startups, and seasoned business leaders alike

No pressure.  Just an hour of meaningful connection, shared ideas, lunch, and community.

Hear a special presentation by Josh Barlow:

Stop Being a Servant to Your Business: Build Systems for Freedom

Most business owners start their journey dreaming of freedom, but end up feeling like a servant to their own daily operations. Josh Barlow, founder of Fulcrum Works, believes you shouldn't have to choose between a growing company and a personal life. Josh specializes in moving critical knowledge out of the founder’s head and into scalable systems. Having helped scale a local startup from its first dollar to over $1M in monthly revenue, he understands that for a business to truly thrive, it must be able to run without the owner. He will be showing us how to stabilize, standardize, and systematize your business so you can fall in love with your work again—because owners deserve PTO too.

Lunch is provided by Papa Stew's Kitchen

How Business Owners Benefit

Attending Meet & Eat isn’t just “showing up for lunch.” It’s investing one hour a month into:

✔ Visibility

Attendees have opportunities to share their business, highlight current needs, and stay top-of-mind in the local network.

✔ Warm Leads & Real Referrals

Because attendees get to know each other in person, it naturally leads to:

  • Partnerships
  • Vendor relationships
  • New customers
  • Future collaborations

✔ Professional Growth

Speakers (at most events) share practical insights on marketing, leadership, mindset, and growth—things business owners can take and apply immediately.

✔ Community Connection

This isn’t surface-level networking. It’s people genuinely rooting for each other, helping, and growing together month after month.

If you’re new to the area, new to business, or simply want more support and network momentum, you’ll feel right at home.
