As the holidays approach, many families in our community are facing challenges putting food on the table. The Payson Santaquin Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with local businesses and organizations to bring hope and support to those who need it most.
We’re building a community-wide resource page to share volunteer opportunities, donation drives, and other ways to make a difference this season — starting with this featured effort

Event: Community Food Drive — November 2025
Tabitha’s Way, in partnership with the Chamber, is launching an emergency Community Food Drive to support local families impacted by the suspension of SNAP benefits in Utah due to the ongoing government shutdown. Over 177,000 individuals and 87,000 households across the state rely on these benefits — and many of our neighbors will soon be facing food insecurity.

Hosted by: Payson High School
Event: Sub for Santa — Penny Wars Fundraiser
The Payson Santaquin Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to support Payson High School’s Sub for Santa program, known as Penny Wars — a student-led effort dedicated to providing Christmas for PHS families in need. Last year, students raised $10,000, bringing holiday cheer to 11 families — about 55 people in our community. This year, they’re hoping to make an even bigger impact, and our local businesses can help make that happen!
