Passport to Summer

Here's how it works:

Businesses sponsor one to three summer fun activities that children, High School age or under, would do.  Your activities are printed in the "Summer Passport Book" and each participating business receives 10 books to pass out along with one stamp.  The remaining books are stored at both city libraries, city offices, and the chamber of commerce office.

Families stop in to one of these locations and pickup books for each child wanting to participate.  Once an activity is completed the child (and parent) bring the book to YOUR business and you stamp their book on the activity page.  While in your business, share what makes your business special and invite them to come back and support local.

On August 9th, we will have a Passport to Summer pool party for the entire family who have at least one book with 3 stamps.

Treats and raffle prizes will be given out and the event is free to participants thanks to our sponsors.

We plan on printing between 1000 and 1200 books this year that promotes your business to hundreds of families in our community AND

gets them walking in your door to get their books stamped!

Families are motivated to visit your location and get a stamp as the more stamps they get, the more raffle tickets they receive.  All participants (including our business partners) are invited to a summer ending pool party held at the Payson pool on August 9^th.

We have reserved the entire pool area so there will be plenty of room to enjoy the facility.
