Dear Manager/Owner,

Santaquin City is hosting our annual Trunk or Treat. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe environment for the youth in our community. We invite your family, community group, or business to join us on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Centennial Park in Santaquin to hand out candy or set up a game booth as part of the Trunk or Treat. The event takes place from 5:00–6:00 PM.

If you would like to participate, we ask that you provide one of the following:
• Lots of candy/prizes (possibly 500–1,000)
or
• Set up a game (kids want prizes of some sort if they play a game)

Please arrive by 4:30 PM with a table and chairs (if you want) and two or more representatives from your group to hand out candy or conduct the game. We invite you to even come dressed up and decorate your tables (the tables help you set the candy somewhere). There is no charge for doing a booth — this is a fun opportunity to get your name recognized in the community.

If you choose to accept this invitation, please let me know by Wednesday, October 22nd. If you choose to sign up, we will have a business sign placed where your area will be.
